Whilst WCMS’s main client base is in the shipping field we nevertheless investigate and handle all types of liability claims for different sectors of industry and have considerable experience in doing so.
Our business model is structured so as to keep our overheads to an absolute minimum. This enables us to deliver top quality service at a fraction of the cost of our main competitors. We are able to work anywhere in the U.K. or abroad.
- Given our experience of working in an in-house legal department, and for traditionally structured law firms, we understand how Law Firms, Corporations and Insurers work and can tailor our services to meet their requirements. We are able to remove unnecessary costs and get to the heart of a potentially litigious claim quickly.
