Westbrook was head of the Personal Injury Group at international law
firm Norton Rose for 17 years. He has more than 35 years experience
in the Personal Injury, Occupational Disease and Product Liability
Sectors including 16 years in the Medico-Legal section of the Legal
department of Imperial Chemical Industries Plc and is highly regarded
for his work. Chambers UK 2008 describes Malcolm as a notable practitioner
for Personal Injury work and praises him ‘for
his knowledge of industrial disease and general personal injury matters’.

Ison
Jane
Ison worked with Malcolm at Norton Rose as both Medical Advisor and
Administrative Assistant.
She lectures in General Physiology and Pathology
at the British School of Osteopathy following a background in Applied Physiology.
During her academic studies she specialised in cardio vascular, respiratory,
aviation, hyperbaric and thermal physiology. Jane is also an acknowledged
expert in claims management and the efficient organisation of both procedures
and fund management where client funds are held on an escrow basis.
